After a long day of driving in the car and my entire back aching, I came home
and relaxed in a warm tub with the crystal salts. What an experience. My
feet and legs began to float on the surface of the water. Because I was
so tired I thought maybe I was imagining it. But I wasn't. When I

Soothing Souls is a treasure discovered. I have tried several of the products
and found that the name is not only clever, but very descriptive. However,
it does not include all of the attributes. The products are extremely soothing
to your mind as well as your body! The Bath Salt Scrub is fantastic.
I believe the energy of the salts is palpable. After a long bath in these
salts I feel as if the toxins have been eliminated from my body. Baths are
refreshing in themselves, but with these salts I felt something very special.
The care with which they extract the salt, to maintain the energetic integrity,
seems to be worth every step of the process. I feel an amazing energy throughout
my body. I am accustomed to taking salt baths, but none other have placed
me in such an energetic, almost meditative state. The combination of the
salts and the wonderful oils definitely leave me feeling soothed on the inside
and out. I also use the Mud with frequency. I love to put it on my face
during my salt bath. My face feels so soft smooth when I am finished.
I also use the mud on blemishes. I am told it is good for any sores or muscle
pains, but so far I have only used it on facial blemishes. It is amazing!!
It will quiet and diminish any blemish almost instantly. At night I have
been using the facial lotion. Again, it makes my face feel great.
It feels thoroughly moisturized, but not oily in the least. The products
somehow make everything feel more balanced, like they are getting exactly what

Hi I am a 62 year old male and have been taking the Himalayan salt now for 6mths
with great results, except I have recently had blood test done and the liver function
(Alk Phosphatase has come back with a reading Of 172U/I ) My doctor tells me this
is way out as it shows what a teenagers reading would be. Have not informed
him about the salt as yet, and wondered if there has been any other reports on

About
three months ago a friend recommended the Himalayan salt crystals for overall
health and I began taking a teaspoon in Fiji water every morning. Much
to my surprise a problem I have had at least all of my adult life began to change.
As long as I can remember I have had chronic constipation. I have used multiple
colon products from health food stores with only limited results. Since
using the salts, I have not had to use any type of cleanse or psyllium seeds. I
have found that two teaspoons in a glass of water on an empty stomach works best
for me. I am very grateful.

Not
one to subscribe to potions and homeopathic remedies I tried the sole. The
most immediate effect of taking the sole every day was the lack of craving
for salt that has been a hallmark of my life. I truly believe it has balanced
the normal saline solution of my body. I feel a different energy level which

with the salts have each been better than the last and each one different. At
a time when I was really tired and sore from yard work, I came out feeling energized

Thank
you for introducing me to your Himalayan salts. I started including 1tsp
sole in a 16oz glass of water each morning and I have noticed a huge improvement
in my wake-up routine. I'm sharper faster, I'm happier, and I usually don't
reach for a cup of coffee until 3pm. I was just experimenting, but what
a great return! I've also replaced our table salt with the Himalayan salts
- we use less and enjoy the bubbly flavor. Lastly, I had an ant bite last
week that was HUGE! It was right on the top of my foot glaring through the
strappy sandals I wanted to wear to an event. I soaked some cotton balls
in sole and wrapped a bandage around my foot to keep the cotton in place and overnight,
the swelling an redness was barely noticeable (and the itch was gone!).
